my room was great. the hotel lobby was comfortable. the pool was amazing. i felt at home . ray, the concierge, was helpful . i will stay here again.
english communication with the staff was difficult. they were unable to assist with my request before my trip.

spacious room clean room amazing bath early closing small pool rooftop bar
the rooms were super spacious. i found them very clean. the bath was amazing!!!
the rooftop closed quite early in the evening. some people chose to sit outside the hotel. they drank beer instead of drinks on the rooftop. also, the pool is very small.

a decent stay
spacious room stable internet traffic noise small breakfast area
the room was clean and spacious. i also appreciated the fast and stable internet access. i enjoyed walking to the mbk center. the sky train station was right outside the hotel, very convenient.
the traffic noise on the 9th floor was quite disruptive. i had to wear earplugs to sleep. the breakfast area was also rather small and cramped. i noticed water dripping from the ceiling in that area.
